When TV personality Arill Riise was nine years old, the home he lived in and the rest of the Riise cluster at Hjørundfjorden were taken by avalanches. A small community was wiped out on that fateful morning in February 1968. Of the three who died, four-year-old Ivar was Arill's younger brother.
