Last year the book «Stor Elvdal : Grend og slekt 1» was published, and it has now been decided that volumes 2 and 3 will also be completed. The executive committee has also decided to follow the progress plan, which states that a new village book author will be engaged for a period of four years.
If everything goes according to plan, volume 2 will be written in the period 2013 to 2015, while volume 3 will be written in the period 2015 to 2017. The total cost will be NOK 2.9 million, according to the recommendation to be considered by the municipal council.
