The Oslobilder.no website was launched last month and is a shared portal for historical images from the Oslo City Archives and Oslo Museum's databases. As long as the website is credited (in the correct way), images can be downloaded completely free of charge if they are only to be used privately or for teaching purposes. Read more about the website
On the main page you are greeted by a simple search field, but if you know that an image, for example, is located at the Oslo City Archives, you can choose in which collection you want to search on the subpages of the website. Try a search here!
