A new episode of the program series Ukjent arving (Unknown Heir) is now available on NRK online TV. This time we are taken into the life of Lasse Bjur Olsen, who died suddenly in 2014. Will Tarjei Strøm and Kai-Samuel Vigardt find someone to divide the inheritance?

Lasse Bjur Olsen worked as a train conductor, but was passionate about buses. He was born in 1958 and had no children, nor did he have any siblings. As usual, Tarjei and Kai-Samuel have to look backwards in their family history and then forwards again to people who may be alive to receive an inheritance.

As many as 3 million people are waiting for their rightful heir in this episode. If you love family history and old buses, this is the episode for you.

Lasse Bjur Olsen left behind a total of 35,000 photos of buses and trams, photographed over several decades, photos that are now well cared for by a friend. Host Tarjei Strøm finds out that Lasse was also in Bergen and took photos, including of a bus Tarjei regularly took - it's a small world...

With the help of municipal censuses from Oslo and the Digital Archives, a missing uncle is tracked down, but the trail seems to be apparently dead. Until a letter accelerates the trail of the missing uncle.

By using Newspaper.com, Kai-Samuel finds the way forward for Tarjei Strøm. Are there heirs beyond Norway's borders?

The episode will air on linear TV on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at 20:00, but as usual you can already watch it on NRK online TV
