The census was not supposed to be published in its entirety until next year, but the high demand accelerated the launch. To make this happen, one census sheet per second(!) was digitized in the time leading up to the launch. The digitized sources were continuously published as they were prepared and with the publication of Wales, the census has become complete online.

That is, .... complete, with one exception. Due to privacy concerns, sensitive information about "weakness" and "children of female prisoners" will still be withheld until the actual launch in 2012.
As with most sources abroad, the census is a paid service. You can search for the people you want and find out what age they were listed as on April 2, 1911. If you want more information, you have to pay. Access to a single transcription costs around 80 pence (7 kroner), but if you want to see the original source, you'll have to pay three times as much.
