Welcome to the congress in 2014
The 31st International Congress of Genealogy and Heraldry will be held in Oslo from August 13 to 17, 2014. This is a year with two important anniversaries. It is 200 years since Norway got its constitution and it is 700 years since Oslo became the official capital of Norway. Both will be celebrated in 2014.
Based on this, the following theme has been chosen for the conference:
