In both Akershus and Vest-Agder, new village books are currently being published.
(Akershus) According to Romerikes Blad, the final volume of Gjerdrum village book, entitled «In the sign of change». The launch will take place in Vestbystua in Kulturhuset at Ask, next Thursday. Tom Chrisophersen has been the editor of this edition.
(Vest-Agder) Volume 3 of The village book for Gyland is now ready for printing, according to Fædrelandsvennen. This will be a picture book with as many as 1,200 photographs taken between 1890 and the present day. Agnar Klungland, Liv Marit Netland and Tor Kydland have collected, written and edited the 500-page picture book, without being paid!
