Fjell bygdebok volume 5 is currently being printed and is expected to go on sale around November 20. The volume, which has the subtitle "Gards- og slektshistoria for gardsnummer 42-58" is published by Eide forlag.
The book covers the southeastern part of Fjell municipality and focuses on the following farms: Brattholmen, Snekkevika, Gavlen, Ebbesvika, Nordre- and Søre Ekrhovda, Li, Liaskjeret, Nordre- and Søre Bjorøyna, Haganes, Tellnes, Dala, Dalseidet, and Søre, Midtre and Nordre Fjell.
The fifth volume completes the entire work, which collectively takes a closer look at the farm and family history of almost 60 farms in Fjell municipality. In total, there are around 300 photos + a number of maps in the book.
