Volume 4 of the Sola village book will not be printed until January. At the time of writing, the book, which was written by Birger Lindanger, is undergoing its second proofreading.
The local history book for Os and Tolga was also not ready in time for this year's Christmas shopping. Steinar Simensen, a member of the editorial committee for the book, told the newspaper Arbeidets Rett that it will not be launched until the new year. The book was originally intended to be published in two volumes, but the follow-up volume has been put on ice for the time being. The book, which will be launched in the new year, covers history from the Stone Age to 1840.
