This car book contains several thousand cars and car owners from Møre, Trøndelag and Northern Norway.
First out is Møre with its (then) 4,311 cars and car owners.
You can search by registration number, name (and possibly title), location, type (what the car was used for), factory (car brand) and place of registration.
The book is updated up to May 15, 1947.
In the coming weeks we will update with both Trøndelag and Northern Norway from the same release.
In the collection of “Who owns the car 1947 - Møre, Trøndelag and Northern Norway», the following abbreviations are used for the different car types (species):
P=Private car
E=Electric car
M=Motorcycle
L=Truck
Le=Rental car
K=Combined
D=Taxi
R=Bus
V=Van
