Ancestry.com prepares to go public for the second time

The Utah State Legislature recently approved a $20 million tax credit for Ancestry to keep its headquarters in Lehi, Utah. The decision is based on Ancestry's plans for 500 new hires and an investment of approximately $90 million in Utah.
